Note: This is the same experience as Outlook for iOS and Android and on the web. Snooze options include snooze later today, next week, or a specific date in the future. Then select the time that works best for it to show up again in your Inbox as an unread email. Turn a new event into a Teams meeting to g ive attendees the option to attend remotely.įor those moments when you don’t have time to read or respond to an email, simply “snooze” it.In the create event form that pops up, click on Teams meeting slider to turn the event into a Teams meeting. In the calendar grid, double click or click once and drag on the time slot where you would like to create your event. The Teams Meeting toggle is now available even when you quickly create a new calendar event by double clicking or clicking-and-dragging on the calendar grid. Set up an automatic reply for a day when you’re in back-to-back meetings to let recipients know that your response time will be slower than usual.U nder Reply once to senders outside my organization, enter your automatic reply. Then select the Send to all external senders check box. To set options for replying to people outside your organization, select the Send replies outside my organization che ck box. Then enter the start and end dates and times.ĥ. To set the start and end dates, select the Send replies only during this time period check box. Under Reply once to senders within my organization, enter your automatic reply.Ĥ. Then s elect the Send automatic replies for account “X” check box (where “X” is the account you’d like to send automatic replies from).ģ.
